DONATIONS

Sky Nursery is a proud contributor to our local Shoreline Community! Donations are made to Shoreline area nonprofits with primary consideration given to primary and secondary scholastic organizations.*

To submit a request for a donation, please submit a signed letter on the organization letterhead, with a procurement form attached. Mail to Sky Nursery, 18528 Aurora Avenue North, Shoreline, WA 98133 or fax to 206-546-8010. Please include the following information in your request:

• Organization name.
• Type of function (auction, fair, luncheon, etc.) and its community involvement.
• Requested donation item(s); please be specific.
• Date the donation is requested.
• Contact information — must include name, address, and phone number.

Please submit your request at least one month prior to the date the donation is required. Request will be considered once per year per organization.

*Donations will only be made for functions directly benefiting nonprofit organizations.
