Plant Guarantee
Most plant material from Sky Nursery is guaranteed for 90 days or one growing season: i.e., winter to spring, spring to summer, summer to fall, fall to winter. Any plant that proves defective will be replaced. Sky Nursery is not responsible for damage due to improper care, weather, insects, dogs, lawn mowers, vehicles, El Nino, etc.

Container Design and Repotting Services
Sky’s Container Design Service offers a selection of pre-planted containers for outdoor and indoor beauty. Or choose a container and let our artists design and plant it to fit your taste and budget. Call for pricing information.

Need a favorite houseplant repotted, a new look for your office plants, or just want your newly purchased indoor plant potted up for you? You may bring in your plants and favorite containers, or choose from our extensive selection. Call for a quote and to find out whether now is an appropriate time to repot your friend.

Refund Policy
All returns are subject to a manager's approval. Return the plant or product with your original sales receipt and plant tag. A refund or store credit will be issued if a replacement is not available. Credit card sales with receipt will be credited to the card. Cash sales with receipt will receive cash back if the sale was under $75.00; if over $75.00 a refund check will be mailed within 3 business days. Returned purchases paid by check will be refunded 10 business days from the receipt date. Receipts are required for returns.

Plant and Hard Goods Delivery Service
Sky Nursery delivers plants, statuary, and bagged goods Monday through Saturday. Curbside delivery charges depend on the address - call for details. If you are having multiple items delivered to the same address at the same time, one delivery charge applies to the whole order. Items requiring two or more people to deliver will be charged one delivery charge per person. Minimum charge for fountain set up is $50.00. If a customer makes shipping arrangements, we can deliver plants and products to the shipper (normal delivery charges apply). We do not pack for shipment or assume responsibility for the plants past delivery to the shipper.

Bulk Material Pick Up Service
Our front-end loader can scoop a full yard or 1/2 yard of bulk materials into your open bed truck or trailer. Bulk pickup is normally available anytime the nursery is open (the exception is during our extended holiday hours in December). Our business hours vary according to the time of year. Please check the current schedule.
