Taking the Chill Off

Dressing appropriately for the Northwest’s cold weather is essential, even for our gardens. Sky carries unique items which provide much needed TLC for your plants, fountains and ponds.

Plant blankets, also known as “The Planket”, can protect your valuable plants from frost, wind, and snow. The lightweight, breathable, and durable fabric comes in several sizes and is easy to use. Using a Planket allows plants to stay out longer in the fall, including hanging baskets.

Wilt Stop, an anti-transpirant, is a liquid that forms a clear film on plants, preventing dehydration due to winds and frozen ground. It can be used on a multitude of plants, including cut Christmas trees and greens. A must have item!
