How many of our customers have asked plaintively, "Will you ever have a coffee shop here?" Sky's new coffee kiosk is now open for business. Conveniently located near the greenhouse's north entrance, the coffee kiosk will offer beverages for gardeners to enjoy while they shop — or while they sit and visit among the plants! The first time I saw the Wingthorn rose my jaw dropped. It was a thicket of 8' high canes coated in 1 ½" wide thorns which looked for all the world like someone had individually painted them with firehouse red fingernail polish! Backlit by the late afternoon sun, its branches glowed as if ablaze! I could only describe it as COOOOOL!! Don't take my word for it, come check them out for yourself!

Save water — save money — save time! Watering deeply and slowly is better for your plants and for your pocketbook, and Sky has an assortment of products to make that easier for you. Tree watering stakes allow you to direct water straight to the roots of deep-rooted trees and shrubs. Recycled plastic water rounds are great for slow-watering everything from trees to roses to tomatoes. A treegator can act as a water reservoir, or you can go all out and install a drip irrigation system for micro-managing your water use. Sky has it all!

If you need to spruce up your flowerbeds or containers in a hurry for a summertime event (barbecue, reception, open house), then you’re in luck — we have heaps of colorful annuals in generous-sized 6" containers — perfect for a quick "coloring-up".
