How can I place an order?
- You can request anything that we carry, depending on availability.
- Give us a call or email (include your phone number, please) to place your order.
(Calls are often better for shorter orders of less than 5 items. Longer orders are better fulfilled by email.) - Sky Staff will pick your order based on the availability of that day.
- We will call you back to confirm your order & take payment, so please keep your phone close by.
- An hour after payment, your order can be picked up on the roadway. No need to get out of your car! (Click for roadway location)
Current order processing time is 24 hours or less.
Please keep in mind that we are unable to hold product that has not been paid for.
What can I order?
Availability changes week to week and day to day. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that everything you request is available at the time we pull the order.

We recommend exploring our seasonal plant and product pages as well as the plant lists in our info library to see what is generally available this time of year.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We carry a great selection of tried and true landscape plants and we'd be happy to fulfill what we can. Email us the list and we can pull what's available at the time or offer comparable substitutes. If some things are out of stock but expected to arrive soon, you'll need to re-submit the list as a separate order when those plants are expected to arrive.
At this time, we are unable to ship. We do deliver locally in the North Seattle/Shoreline area! We can discuss available options when you call to place your order.
Because of the highly seasonal and constantly changing nature of our business, we are unable to offer an online store. Every week, our buyers do their best to bring in the highest quality products from the selection provided by our local growers. That means there's a little something different every time you come in.
Yes, you certainly can. Please notify our staff when making payment that you intend to use a gift card.
Of course! We are open for in-store shopping, with no need for reservations. When you come in, ask the cashiers for your curbside pickup order, and it can be brought to you, or picked up on the roadway as usual.
